Application Instructions

Welcome and thank you for your interest in employment with the Sheridan Fire Department. Applications must be completed in full. In addition, you must provide the following items with your completed application:

• Copy of your driver’s license

• Copy of your high school diploma or GED equivalent

• Copy of all Indiana state certifications from IDHS

• Copy of all advance certifications (ACLS, PALS or NPR, PHTLS, and CPR)
